Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions to our service. Once a subscription has been purchased, it is deemed as final and non-refundable, except in cases where a technical fault of our company has prevented the subscription or service from being fulfilled.

If a technical issue on our part results in the failure of a subscription or service to be delivered as agreed, we will first seek to correct the issue by extending or amending the subscription to cover the correct duration initially intended. We believe this approach ensures that you receive the full value of the service you subscribed to.

3. Refund Requests

In the event that you wish to pursue a refund due to an unresolved technical fault, the following steps must be completed:

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
